Guest Mix #328
María Mot

María Mot is an Argentinian composer weaving together the seemingly opposite worlds of experimental music and pop. Her latest release, Haikus 俳句, is a five-track digital album that explores the resonances and microtonal nuances of sound.

She has performed in Argentina and Japan, presenting live sets that transform harmonics and sonic textures into spaces for contemplation. Beyond her solo work, she is part of Las Lelush, a pop duo inspired by kitsch and indie sleaze aesthetics, expanding her range into playful explorations of electroclash and club-driven sounds.

For her guest mix at Paranoise Radio, titled Errática Romántica, María curates a selection of experimental electronic and electroacoustic works from Latin American artists—spanning México, Argentina, Perú, Guatemala, Bolivia and beyond. The mix unfolds intimacy through a wide emotional spectrum, moving from tenderness to the raw edges of love. It invites listeners to experience love in its most delicate, uncertain form.
