Hello, my name is Boris. My project is called [W.o.D!]. It is a music project in the genres of ambient/noise/experimental. Here’s a bio:

[W.o.D!] == World of the Dead ;;;Flowing through states of ecstasy and melancholy, the sound of [W.o.D!] oscillates from ambient echoes to invisible rhythms of imaginary numbers and analog harmonics, as its creator attempts to disappear completely in the act of communion.

“red has died and blood turns black. bio-organic creatures speak in virtual code of dust and obliterated data, as confusion becomes a friend.”::

Focusing on themes of ritual and decay, [W.o.D!] expresses a personal journey of rotting hopes, misremembered dreams and distorted memories, through a sacrificial use of sound, transporting you into a world that is stranger than real.:::::

For my Show, I would like to play music in this style, with strong contrast between harsh noise and mellow ambient, deeply melodic sections contrasted with strange textural sounds. There would be several episodes and I would add some narration, or broken voices, mainly as an aesthetic effect, but also to tell a cryptic story that can be enjoyed by listeners who pick up on it. The music will be a mix of my own tracks and other tracks I love, so a hybrid set. I have previous experience with radio; I’ve been on radio TNP in Amsterdam, and also have an upcoming show at Radio WORM in Rotterdam. The show can have 6 episodes altogether.
